Credits & billing periods
Credits used during a cycle are consumed as you use the service; a billing period already started is non-refundable except where required by law.
7. 计费、订阅与退款
SearchByVideo 提供免费计划和付费订阅计划（按月或按年计费），付费计划会发放每月的点数额度。支付由我们的第三方收款主体（Merchant of Record）Creem（creem.io）和/或 Waffo（waffo.ai）处理，由其代表我们负责计费与税费代收。退款规则：(a) 我们对您的首次订阅购买提供 7 天退款保证——请在该次购买后 7 天内联系我们申请全额退款；(b) 因计费错误导致的重复或错误扣款将全额退还；(c) 超过 7 天窗口后，对已经开始的计费周期所支付的费用不予退款，且不对部分周期按比例退款，但法律另有要求、或我们无过错方原因终止您账户的情形除外；(d) 计费周期内发放的点数会随您使用服务而消耗，不结转至下一周期，也不单独退款；(e) 在您享有法定撤销权（如欧盟／英国的 14 天冷静期）的情况下，该权利对您的首次购买予以保留，一旦您开始使用服务即不再适用。如需申请退款，请发送邮件至 support@searchbyvideo.net，并附上您的账户邮箱及申请原因。
8. 期限与终止
本条款在您使用本服务期间持续有效。如果您严重违反本条款，或以欺诈、滥用或非法方式使用本服务，我们可自行决定（无论是否事先通知）采取以下措施：暂时或无限期暂停您的访问；终止您的账户并撤销您使用服务的许可；没收您账户中剩余的点数及未使用的已付余额且不予退款；以及移除违反本条款的内容。如果我们因您违约而终止或暂停您的账户，您无权就已支付的费用或被没收的点数获得任何退款。如果我们因非您违约的原因停止提供服务，我们将按比例退还任何预付订阅中未使用的部分。您可随时在账户设置中或通过联系 support@searchbyvideo.net 停止使用并删除您的账户。
