SearchByVideo beheert de SearchByVideo-service. Dit privacybeleid legt uit hoe we uw informatie verzamelen, gebruiken, openbaar maken en beschermen.

Verzamelde informatie

We verzamelen vrijwillig verstrekte informatie (accountgegevens, e-mailadres) en automatisch verzamelde informatie (apparaatgegevens, gebruikspatronen). Video's worden veilig verwerkt en niet permanent opgeslagen. Wij verzamelen ook de betalings- en factureringsgegevens die nodig zijn om aankopen te verwerken, zoals je factureringsnaam, factureringsland, gekozen plan en transactiegeschiedenis. Volledige betaalkaart- en bankgegevens worden rechtstreeks verzameld en verwerkt door onze externe betalingsverwerkers en Merchants of Record (Creem en Waffo); wij ontvangen of bewaren je volledige kaartnummer niet.

Gegevensbeveiliging

Video's worden via beveiligde HTTPS-verbindingen geüpload en in beveiligde cloudomgevingen verwerkt. Video's worden nooit permanent opgeslagen.

Diensten van derden

We gebruiken de Google Gemini API voor videoanalyse. Video's worden naar Gemini gestuurd voor verwerking maar worden niet door Google opgeslagen na de verwerkingsperiode. Betalingen worden afgehandeld door Creem (creem.io) en Waffo (waffo.ai) als onze Merchants of Record. Zij verwerken je betalings- en factureringsgegevens om transacties te voltooien, belastingen te berekenen en af te dragen en fraude te voorkomen, in overeenstemming met hun eigen privacybeleid.
